Castleman病又称巨大淋巴结增生症,是一种少见的淋巴组织增生性疾病[1]。患者在各学科有交叉就诊现象,临床诊断易混淆。Castleman病又可伴有或继发出现全身多系统损害,故诊断需非常谨慎。本文就厦门大学附属第一医院肾内科收治的1例SLE误诊Castleman病,结合文献复习报道如下。1病历资料患者女,43岁,因眼睑水肿2个月,于2013-07-06入 Castleman disease, also known as giant lymph node hyperplasia, is a rare lymphoproliferative disease [1].
