本文开发利用 MTS 电液伺服自动材料试验系统,对三种国产及英国 Coopers 公司生产的康明斯发动机气缸垫进行了耐压试验研究。结果表明国产气缸垫在承压及卸载时具有与 Coopers 公司气缸垫相似的承载—变形曲线和基本相当的回弹量,以65Mn 为芯板的国产气缸垫的护圈承载占整个气缸垫承载的比例高于 Coopers 公司气缸垫。
In this paper, the use of MTS electro-hydraulic servo automatic material testing system developed to test the pressure of Cummins engine cylinder pads produced by three domestic and British Coopers company. The results show that the domestically made cylinder liner has a similar load-deformation curve and a comparable amount of springback when compared with Coopers cylinder liner under pressure and unloading. The dome bearing with 65Mn as the core plate occupies the entire cylinder liner bearing The ratio is higher than that of Coopers cylinder pads.
