用不完全双列杂交法,在泸州、成都、绵阳3个地点,研究了四川省水稻育种攻关组在“七五”选育的几个不育系和恢复系的配合力,结果表明:小区产量、有效穗等11个性状都主要受制于亲本的一般配合力,而且多数以不育系一般配合力较恢复系的更为重要;性状一般配合力和特殊配合力效应以及广义和狭义遗传力均因地点的不同而变化,这种变异性在亲本或组合及性状间有别;从与一组共同亲本所配组合的平均产量看,不育系K青A和冈46A明显超过珍汕97A,而恢复系只有CDR_(22)略优于明恢63。
Incomplete diallel cross hybridization was conducted in three sites of Luzhou, Chengdu and Mianyang to study the combining ability of several breeding lines and restoring lines of rice breeding research group in “the Seventh Five-year Plan” in Sichuan Province. The results showed that: 11 traits such as yield and effective panicle were mainly affected by the general combining ability of the parents, and most of them were more important than the restoring lines with the general combining ability of the CMS lines. The general combining ability and the special combining ability of traits and the general and narrow heritability Both of them vary according to the location. The variability differs between parents or combinations and traits. From the average yield of combinations with a group of common parents, the male sterile lines K A and G 46A significantly exceed those of Zhenshan 97A , While restorer line only CDR_ (22) slightly better than Minghui63.
