为了研究健康人中运动引起室性早搏的发生率,作者对289例男性与56例女性进行运动时心电图监测,对其中38例曾经运动锻炼六个月以上且在运动时出现室性早搏以及21例在6个月前曾发生心肌梗塞而目前心功能属Ⅰ级的患者进行更深入的研究。运动包括:(1)步行或跑步;(2)踏车运动;(3)坐位时用手臂摇动踏车。每一受检者进行2项运动,每天仅做一次。所有试验在二周内完成。试验采用不同的运动强度,其中有一次按心率计算接近最大运动。每次试验尽可能进行6分钟,在运动时及运动前后5分钟,取坐位作心电图监测。64%受试者完成了最大运动,其余因腿部乏力而未达最大运动。结果:运动时出现室性早搏的发生率在289例正常男性中为35.5%,从30岁以下的18%增加至
In order to study the incidence of exercise-induced ventricular premature beats in healthy subjects, the authors monitored electrocardiogram (ECG) during exercise in 289 males and 56 females, of whom 38 had exercise exercises for more than six months and had premature ventricular contractions during exercise and 21 For example, patients who had a history of myocardial infarction 6 months prior to current grade I cardiac function were studied further.
