目的探讨多层螺旋CT血管造影(multi-slice spiral computed tomography angiography,MSCTA)及图像后处理技术对面侧深区肿瘤的诊断价值和对毗邻血管定位的作用。方法分析19例我科住院诊治的面侧深区肿瘤患者的MSCTA,利用MRP、MIP、VR等图像后处理技术明确毗邻血管的移位情况以及其对肿瘤的诊断,结合手术中解剖情况进行分析。结果 19例患者中,MSCTA均能提供高分辨率的肿瘤实质影像,同时能显示肿瘤的边界及其与周围软组织和骨组织的关系及侵袭情况,对肿瘤性质判断具有较高的准确率。MSCTA强大的后处理技术能三维立体、任意角度展现肿瘤毗邻动脉的走行及其供血动脉,而且能确定血管与周围主要解剖标志的位置关系,为手术中对血管的处理提供准确的信息,增加了手术的安全性,血管的影像信息与术中所见一致。结论 MSCTA能准确的显示肿瘤实质的情况,同时能直观的显示肿瘤与毗邻大动脉的关系,能为手术中对血管的处理提供准确的信息和依据;其作为一种无创和经济的诊断方法,对面侧深区肿瘤的诊断和治疗具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral computed tomography angiography (MSCTA) and image postprocessing on the side-to-side deep tumors and its effect on adjacent vessel localization. Methods Totally 19 MSCTA patients who were diagnosed as in-situ deep-seated tumors in our department were analyzed. Image post-processing techniques such as MRP, MIP and VR were used to clarify the transposition of adjacent blood vessels and their diagnosis of tumors. . Results In all 19 cases, MSCTA could provide high-resolution images of the tumor. At the same time, it could display the borderline of the tumor and its relationship with the surrounding soft tissue and bone tissue and invasion, and had a high accuracy in judging the nature of the tumor. MSCTA powerful post-processing technology can display three-dimensional, any angle adjacent to the artery of the tumor and its feeding artery, and can determine the location of the main vascular and surrounding anatomical landmarks for the operation of vascular treatment to provide accurate information, an increase of Surgery safety, vascular imaging information and intraoperative findings. Conclusion MSCTA can accurately display the real condition of the tumor and at the same time can directly display the relationship between the tumor and the adjacent aorta. It can provide accurate information and basis for the treatment of the blood vessel during the operation. As a noninvasive and economical diagnostic method, Side of the deep tumor diagnosis and treatment of great significance.
