目的:考察以刺梨干果为原料自制的刺梨口服液中的还原性物质,比对本院制剂刺梨口服液(刺梨鲜果为原料)的还原性物质,为制剂生产原料选择提供依据。方法:采用碘滴定法。取刺梨口服液5ml,加水80m1,稀醋酸10m1,淀粉指示剂2m1,摇匀,用碘液滴定,记录所消耗的碘液(ml)。结果:刺梨干果生产的口服液还原性物质碘滴定液消耗量≤0.8ml,本院制剂刺梨口服液的还原性物质碘滴定液消耗量≥3.0ml。结论:刺梨鲜果汁生产的口服液还原性物质含量高。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the reducing substances in Rosa roxburghii oral liquid made from prickly pear dried fruit as raw material, and to provide the basis for the selection of raw materials for the preparation of Rosa roxburghii oral liquid (prickly pear fresh fruit as raw material). Methods: Iodine titration method. Take prickly pear oral solution 5ml, add water 80m1, dilute acetic acid 10m1, starch indicator 2m1, shake, titration with iodine, record the consumption of iodine (ml). Results: The prickly pear dried fruit production of oral liquid reductant iodine titration liquid consumption ≤ 0.8ml, the hospital preparation of prickly pear oral liquid iodine titration fluid consumption ≥ 3.0ml. Conclusion: The content of reducing substances in oral liquid produced by fresh juice of Rosa roxburghii is high.
