This piece of “Small Architectural Notes” by the introduction of the work, designed by Dong Chunfang Shanghai Quyang Center for Comprehensive Management, quietly subvert the past people’s conceptualization of such institutional buildings. Late last autumn, I had the opportunity to visit the building on the spot under the direction of the designer and have an in-depth conversation with the architect on the design topics that were derived from the building.
