我国西部地区的青海、甘肃、宁夏、新疆和西藏等地,流传最广的民歌叫“花儿”。经国务院批准,在2006年5月20日,“花儿”列入了第一批国家级非物质文化遗产名录,2009年被联合国科教文组织列为人类最重要的非物质文化遗产。国家非常重视非物质文化遗产的保护,因此,西部地方高校将花儿艺术纳入了高校教学体系。本文对青海民歌在当地高校的传承和发展进行了初步探讨。
In western China, Qinghai, Gansu, Ningxia, Xinjiang and Tibet, the most widely circulated folk song is “Flower”. Approved by the State Council, on May 20, 2006, “Flowers” was included in the first batch of national intangible cultural heritage lists. In 2009, UNESCO was listed as the most important intangible cultural heritage of mankind. The state attaches great importance to the protection of intangible cultural heritage, so the western local colleges and universities will flower art into the university teaching system. This article makes a tentative discussion on the inheritance and development of Qinghai folk songs in local colleges and universities.
