目的探讨低剂量辐射对荷瘤小鼠肝细胞抗氧化酶的影响及合并大剂量辐射后肿瘤组织的变化情况。方法通过肝细胞过氧化脂质(LPO)的测定、肝细胞谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(DTNB)测定、肝细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性测定,了解低剂量辐射对荷瘤小鼠肝细胞抗氧化酶的影响及合并大剂量辐射后肿瘤组织的变化情况。结果低剂量辐射可以诱导肝脏抗氧化酶升高,预先给予0.05 Gy、6 h后再施以大剂量X射线照射较单纯施用大剂量照射者肝细胞过氧化脂质(LPO)含量降低,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性增强。肿瘤组织病理表明,应用低剂量辐射,肿瘤组织内可明显的毛细血管增生,浸润淋巴细胞(TIL)数增加。结论大剂量照射肿瘤组织前采用低剂量全身照射对机体正常组织有保护作用,同时也有利于对肿瘤组织的杀伤作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of low-dose radiation on anti-oxidative enzymes in hepatocytes of mice with tumor and the changes of tumor tissues after combined with high-dose radiation. Methods The hepatocyte lipid peroxidation (LPO) assay, the hepatocyte glutathione peroxidase (DTNB) assay and the hepatocyte superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity assay were used to determine the effect of low dose radiation Effects of Antioxidant Enzymes in Rat Hepatocytes and Changes of Tumor Tissue after Combined with High Dose Radiation. Results Low-dose radiation induced an increase in antioxidant enzyme activity in the liver. Pretreatment with 0.05 Gy for 6 h followed by high-dose X-ray irradiation resulted in a decrease in hepatocyte lipid peroxidation (LPO) Glycopeptide peroxidase (GSH-Px), superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity increased. Tumor histopathology showed that the application of low-dose radiation, tumor tissue can be significant capillary proliferation, infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL) increased. Conclusion High-dose irradiation of tumor tissue with low-dose whole-body irradiation has the protective effect on the normal tissues of the body and also helps to kill the tumor tissue.
