本文介绍了TC_3钛合金离子氮化工艺规程,对离子氮化处理的TC_3钛合金进行了耐磨、耐腐蚀、耐疲劳、断裂韧性、蠕变等机械性能和应用性能试验。试验表明,TC_3钛合金在750~800℃温度范围内进行2~5小时离子氮化,氮化层在14~20微米左右。表面硬度提高到Hv 100克700~800,耐磨、耐腐蚀性能获得大幅度提高;疲劳、蠕变、断裂韧性、持久性能亦获得显著改善。试验结果表明,离子氮化对改善TC_3钛合金在使用性能上存在的缺陷是一种行之有效的方法。
In this paper, the TC3 titanium alloy ion nitriding process specification is introduced. The TC3 titanium alloy subjected to ion nitriding is tested for wear resistance, corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance, fracture toughness, creep and other mechanical properties and application performance. Experiments show that, TC_3 titanium alloy at 750 ~ 800 ℃ temperature range of 2 to 5 hours of ion nitriding, nitride layer 14 to 20 microns. Surface hardness increased to Hv 100 grams 700 ~ 800, wear resistance, corrosion resistance has been greatly improved; fatigue, creep, fracture toughness, long-term performance has also been significantly improved. The experimental results show that ion nitriding is an effective method to improve the defects in the serviceability of TC_3 titanium alloy.
