目的:探究个体化健康教育模式在妇产科护理中的临床应用效果。方法:以温州医科大学附属第二医院2014年6月~2015年6月妇产科收治的180例产妇作为研究对象,将这些产妇随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组产妇采用常规的健康教育方法,观察组产妇采用个体化健康教育模式。比较分析两组产妇生活质量及产妇对护理工作的满意度。结果:观察组产妇生活质量评分明显高于对照组产妇(P<0.05)。观察组产妇对护理工作的满意度,明显高于对照组产妇(P<0.05)。结论:个体化健康教育模式在妇产科护理中,应用效果显著,能够有效提高护理质量及产妇对护理工作的满意度。
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of individualized health education in obstetrics and gynecology nursing. Methods: A total of 180 maternal women admitted to Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University from June 2014 to June 2015 were selected as research subjects. The maternal women were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group maternal use of conventional health education methods, observation group maternal use of individual health education model. A comparative analysis of two groups of maternal quality of life and maternal satisfaction with nursing. Results: The quality of life of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The observation group maternal satisfaction with nursing work was significantly higher than the control group maternal (P <0.05). Conclusion: The individualized health education model has obvious effect in the obstetrics and gynecology nursing, which can effectively improve the nursing quality and the satisfaction of the mother to the nursing work.
