山东省莱州市蔬菜研究所所长李延君,经过十年精心选育,成功地培育出一个高产、抗病、优质的大葱新品种。被山东省农作物品种审定委员会正式定名为“掖选一号”。几年来,该品种已在全国累计推广面积达50万亩。试种表明:①株型高大,一般株高130厘米以上,最高可达160厘米左右,葱白长而洁白,一般长70厘米左右,质地细嫩脆甜,辣味适宜,生食、炒食均可。②适应性广,产量高,一般亩产6000公斤左右,高者达8000公斤。③抗病力极强,病毒病、紫斑病、锈病发病指数分别比章丘大葱低2.72％、4.18％和1.78％。目前已在河北、辽宁、黑龙江、湖北、新疆等20多个省、市、自治区广泛种植,深受农民欢迎。

At present, it has been widely planted in over 20 provinces, cities and autonomous regions in Hebei, Liaoning, Heilongjiang, Hubei and Xinjiang, and is well received by farmers.
