目的 :研究唇癌组织血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)、诱导型一氧化氮合酶 (iNOS)、内皮型一氧化氮合酶(eNOS)的表达与癌细胞增殖的相关性。方法 :应用免疫组化方法检测 42例唇癌手术切除标本VEGF、iNOS、eNOS和增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)的分布及表达。结果 :① 2 6例 ( 61.90 % )唇癌组织表达VEGF ,2 8例 ( 66.67% )表达iNOS ,3 1例 ( 73 .81% )表达eNOS ;②VEGF与iNOS的表达具有明显相关性 ,VEGF与eNOS的表达无明显相关性 ;③表达VEGF的唇癌PCNA标记指数 (PLI)明显高于不表达VEGF的唇癌 ;表达iNOS的唇癌PLI明显高于不表达iNOS的唇癌。表达eNOS的唇癌PLI与不表达eNOS的唇癌无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :①VEGF与iNOS的表达具有明显相关性 ,说明iNOS在VEGF的生成和发挥作用过程中起重要作用 ,②PLI随着VEGF和iNOS表达的增加而增加 ,说明二者对唇癌细胞增殖具有促进作用。
Objective: To study the correlation between the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) and the proliferation of cancer cells in lip cancer. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the distribution and expression of VEGF, iNOS, eNOS and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in 42 specimens of lip cancer. RESULTS: Twenty-six cases (61.90%) had VEGF expression in lip cancer tissues, 28 cases (66.67%) expressed iNOS and 31 cases (73.81%) expressed eNOS. (2) VEGF and iNOS expression had significant correlation There was no significant correlation between the expression of eNOS and the expression of VEGF in lipids (P <0.05). The PCNA labeling index (PLI) of VEGF expression in lip cancer was significantly higher than that in liposomes that did not express VEGF. There was no significant difference in PLI between eNOS positive lip and non-eNOS lip (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: ①The expression of VEGF and iNOS is significantly correlated, indicating that iNOS plays an important role in the process of VEGF production. ②PLI increases with the increase of VEGF and iNOS expression, indicating that both of them can promote the proliferation of lip cancer cells .
