随着新医疗卫生体制改革逐步推进,首先在公立医院实施绩效工资制。医院作为医疗服务的提供者,其自身的改革必然对医疗费用产生重大影响,透明化和科学化的绩效工资的推行,能有效激励广大医务工作者的积极性。本文试图建立新的绩效工资分配制度,使员工收入差距有所加大,按劳动成果分配,促进收入分配的公平与发展。
As the reform of the new medical and health system progresses, the performance-based pay system will be implemented in public hospitals. As the provider of medical service, the reform of the hospital itself will inevitably have a significant impact on medical expenses. The implementation of a transparent and scientific performance salary can effectively encourage the enthusiasm of the medical staff. This paper attempts to establish a new system of performance-based salary distribution, which has widened the income gap among employees and promoted the fairness and development of income distribution according to the distribution of labor achievements.
