为了搞清阜外心血管病医院急诊患者的特点,对1997年全年急诊就诊情况进行了全面的数理统计分析,结果表明:急诊患者男性高于女性,高发年龄为61～70岁年龄段;就诊高峰为早8时～12时,晚19时～21时;全年急诊就诊密度随季节有一定的波动,夏季偏低,秋、冬季偏高;急诊服务半径相对较小,以医院所处的西城区为主占47.6％;报告了前10位的就诊主因和诊断,占全部急诊的91.6％,冠心病为占第一位的急诊病种。
In order to find out the characteristics of emergency patients in Fu Wai Cardiovascular Hospital, a comprehensive mathematical statistics analysis was conducted on the emergency visits in 1997. The results showed that the male patients in emergency department were higher than those in female patients and the high incidence age was 61-70 years old. The peak of treatment was from 8 o’clock to 12 o’clock and from 19 o’clock to 21 o’clock. The annual density of emergency visits fluctuated with the seasons, the summer was low, the autumn and winter were high, and the emergency service radius was relatively small. Of Xicheng District accounted for 47.6%; reported the top 10 visits to the main cause and diagnosis, accounting for 91.6% of all emergency visits, coronary heart disease as the first emergency type.
