阐述了应用可视化实验装置,采用示踪粒子流场可视化技术和数字图像处理技术,对静态混合器混合效果进行检测的实验方法,即首先在待混合的流体中插入适量的示踪粒子,随后用照相机采集示踪粒子分布图像,再用计算机对图像作LUT变换处理,最后用混合均匀度指标对混合效果作定量评价。石油化工生产中聚合物混合器混合效果检测的实践表明,用这种方法所得检测结果直观、准确、可靠,操作简便易行。
The experimental method for testing the mixing effect of the static mixer by using the visualized experiment device and the tracer particle flow field visualization technology and the digital image processing technology is described. That is, an appropriate amount of tracer particles are inserted into the fluid to be mixed first, The camera collects the image of the tracer particle distribution, and then the image is LUT transformed by the computer. Finally, the mixing effect is quantitatively evaluated by using the mixing uniformity index. The practice of mixing effect detection of polymer mixer in petrochemical production shows that the test results obtained by this method are intuitive, accurate and reliable, and the operation is simple and easy.
