本文采用ICP-MS法测定茶叶及茶汤中铅、铬、锌、铜等重金属元素的含量,研究不同浸泡时间和浸泡次数对茶汤中重金属含量的影响,从而对饮茶安全作初步评价。结果表明茶叶干样中重金属含量越高,茶汤中的重金属含量也越高。四种茶叶茶汤重金属浸出量均未超标,饮用安全。随着浸泡时间的延长,各元素浸出量不断增加。随着冲泡次数的增加,茶汤中各种元素的含量逐次下降。茶汤中重金属的含量以头道茶最高。
In this paper, ICP-MS was used to determine the content of heavy metals such as lead, chromium, zinc and copper in tea and tea, and the effects of different soaking time and soaking times on the content of heavy metals in tea were studied. The results showed that the higher the content of heavy metals in tea leaves, the higher the content of heavy metals in tea leaves. Four kinds of tea tea leaching heavy metals are not exceeded, drinking safe. With the extension of soaking time, the leaching amount of each element is increasing. With the increase of brewing times, the content of various elements in tea declines successively. The content of heavy metals in tea is the highest in the first tea.
