目的 :探讨激光松解虹膜后粘连的有效方法。方法 :虹膜后粘连患者 10 6例 139眼 ,男性 86例 ,女性 2 0例 ;年龄 2 9～ 70岁。 (1)单纯Ｎｄ∶ＹＡＧ激光 ,能量从小到大击射虹膜与晶体粘连处。 (2 )单纯氪激光 ,瞄准瞳孔缘外 1 5ｍｍ虹膜 ,氪红光 ,5 0 0 μｍ光斑 ,0 2～ 0 3ｓ Objective: To study the effective method of laser releasing the iris adhesion.
