药粥疗法在我国流传了二千多年,过去零星记载于历代医药文献,并流传于广大民间。我们在《岳美中医案集》黄芪粥的启发下,对这埋藏了多年的简便治疗方法加以探讨,以期引起医学界的重视。药粥疗法的源流我国最早医著《内经》中说:“药以祛之,食以随之。“谷肉果菜,食养尽之。”药粥正是以药治病,以粥扶正的一种治疗方法。长沙马王堆汉墓出土的十四种医学方技书中,就有服青梁米粥治疗蛇咬伤,用加热的石块煮米汁内服治
Medicinal porridge therapy has been circulating in China for more than 2,000 years. It was recorded in sporadic medical records in the past and spread to the general public. Inspired by the yellow porridge of the Yuemei Chinese Medicine Case, we explored this simple treatment method that has been buried for many years in order to arouse the attention of the medical community.
