自1870年哈佛大学法学院院长兰德尔首次将案例引入法学教育以来,很多学科都引入了案例教学的方法。案例教学的使用不但能提高学习者对学习的兴趣,更主要的是它还能提升教师在分析解决实际问题,组织教学与学习者沟通和改进教法等方面的能力,可以说是一举多得。如何能上好刑事侦查学的案例教学课,只有从把握好案例教学法的运用和案例的选择这两个重要环节入手。
