一、前言工业锅炉的热效率如何,对能源消耗量有较大影响。燃用可燃性差的无烟煤,工业锅炉的热效率大都低于50%,较高的也只有67-70%,有的机械不完全燃烧热损失高达39.8%,约占全部热损失的2/3。对几十种动力用煤燃烧特性试验的结果表明:挥发分很低(V~r=2-5%)、固定碳含量较高(C~r=85-95%)、含氢量较低(H~r=1-2%)的福建无烟煤的着火温度约为扎赉诺尔褐煤的两倍以上,比淮南烟煤高100多度,比焦作无烟煤高几十度。从煤的燃烧分布曲线看,福建省的无烟煤的反应性能较弱、可燃质份额低、可反应表面积小,淮南烟煤、焦作无烟煤的
