目的:研究麸炒苍术辅料麦麸对小鼠消化功能的影响。方法:小鼠随机分组,分别为生麦麸水煎液高低剂量组、麸炒苍术麦麸高低剂量组、炒麦麸高低剂量组,阴性对照组,阳性对照组。测定给药7d后各组小鼠小肠推进率、血清胃泌素水平、总胃酸含量以及脾脏指数。结果:生麦麸水煎液高剂量组各指标较阴性对照组均有显著差异(P<0.05),麸炒苍术麦麸水煎液高剂量组较阴性对照组小肠推进率有显著差异(P<0.05),炒麦麸水煎液高剂量组较生麦麸水煎液高剂量组各指标均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:高剂量生麦麸水煎液能显著促进小鼠消化功能,而低剂量无此作用。麦麸经炒制后促进消化功能作用消失。麸炒苍术麦麸水煎液在高剂量时能促进小鼠小肠运动,但对其他指标无明显作用。
Objective: To study the effect of bran and radix aphrodisiac excipient wheat bran on digestive function in mice. Methods: The mice were randomly divided into high and low doses of raw wheat bran decoction, high and low doses of bran and wheat bran, fried wheat bran high and low dose groups, negative control group and positive control group. The small intestine propulsion rate, serum gastrin level, total gastric acid content, and spleen index of the mice in each group were determined after 7d administration. Results: Compared with the negative control group, the indexes of high dose group of decoction of raw wheat bran were significantly different (P <0.05), and the rate of small intestine propulsion of high dose group of bran and wheat bran decoction was significantly different from that of the negative control group (P < 0.05). There were significant differences in each index between high-dose wheat bran decoction group and high-dose wheat bran decoction group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The high dose of decoction of wheat bran decoction can significantly promote the digestive function of mice, while the low dose has no such effect. Wheat bran after the promotion of digestive function disappeared. Bran bran fried wheat bran decoction at high doses can promote small intestine movement in mice, but no significant effect on other indicators.
