目的:研究满山白的化学成分。方法:采用ODS反相硅胶柱色谱、凝胶Sephadex LH-20等多种柱色谱学手段,对满山白叶水提物化学成分进行分离和纯化,根据理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从满山白叶水提物中分离出13个化合物,分别鉴定为5-甲氧基二聚松柏醇(1),二聚松柏醇(2),左旋丁香树脂酚(3),(-)-lyoniresinol(4),(+)-lyoniresinol-3α-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(5),(-)-lyoniresinol-3α-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(6),3,4,5-三甲氧基苯酚-l-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(7),ni-koenoside(8),3,5,7-三羟基色原酮-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(9),3,4,5-三甲氧基苯酚(10),东莨菪内酯(11),东莨菪苷(12),槲皮苷(13)。结论:化合物1~12均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of Manshan white. Methods: The chemical constituents of the aqueous extract of P. mori were separated and purified by ODS reverse phase silica gel column chromatography and gel Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. The structures were elucidated on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Results: Thirteen compounds were isolated from the aqueous extract from Manshan white leaf and identified as 5-methoxydiporeiol (1), dimerized coniferyl alcohol (2), L-clove phenolics (3), (-) - lyoniresinol (4), (+) - lyoniresinol-3α-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (5) 5-Trimethoxyphenol -lO-beta-D-glucoside (7), ni-koenoside (8), 3,5,7-trihydroxyprogesterone-3-O-alpha-L-rhamnoside 9, 3,4,5-trimethoxyphenol (10), scopoletin (11), scopolamine (12) and quercitrin (13). Conclusion: Compounds 1 ~ 12 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
