原油和脱盐原油预加热的换热器管束因沉淀而造成腐蚀,是一个棘手问题,其最佳措施是限制高速流体(>1.5米/秒)进入管束,此外脱水、脱盐也很有效。许多炼厂一次加工的原油中含盐均在3~5mg/,个别的只有2mg/l。但脱盐程度高并不能可靠地防止氯的有机化合物分解出的氯化氢,对此宜加入中和剂和缓蚀剂。根据回流罐排水及瓦斯气、汽油中测得的 HCl 和 H_2S 含量,就可计算出所需的中和剂的最佳量。
Precipitation of crude oil and desalted crude oil preheated tube bundles is a thorny problem. The best solution is to restrict the entry of high velocity fluids (> 1.5 m / s) into the tube bundle. Dewatering and desalting are also effective. Many refineries in a crude oil processing salt are 3 ~ 5mg /, individual only 2mg / l. However, a high degree of desalination does not reliably prevent the hydrogen chloride from being decomposed by the organic compounds of chlorine. To this, it is advisable to add a neutralizing agent and a corrosion inhibitor. The optimum amount of neutralizer required can be calculated from the HCl and H 2 S contents measured in the blowdown tank drain and gas, and in the gasoline.
