对比进行关本通及其所在的当归四道加吴茱萸生姜汤旧方和八月扎茎及其所在的当归四逆加吴茱萸生姜汤新方短期小鼠肾毒性实验,每日 ig1次.关木通组 9 g/kg、旧方组 30 g/kg、八月扎茎组9g/kg和新方组30g/kg,连续7d。观察小鼠体重和血红蛋白、肾功能及肾组织学变化。结果发现:关木通组及旧方组的体重、尿蛋白和肾组织均明显异常,与阴性对照组比有显著性差异(P<0.05),关木通组病变较重;而八月扎茎组及新方组未见明显异常。提示;关木通及其组成的旧方有相同的肾毒性趋向,而八月扎茎及其组成的新方未见肾毒性反应,因而,当归四边加吴茱萸生姜汤中用木通科八月扎茎可能比用马兜铃科关木通更安全。
