戴维·奥苏贝尔是美国当代著名的认知心理学家。他在理论医学、临床医学、精神病理学和发展心理学等领域都取得了一定的成就,但他对世界的最大贡献主要集中在学校学习理论研究领域这一块。他提出了有意义的接受学习、同化、先行组织者等学习论思想,并使学习论与教学论有机地结合和统一起来,对当前教育教学具有极大的启发。笔者就奥苏贝尔的“有意义学习理论、成就动机的驱力”两方面学习理论在卫生职业教育中的运用谈谈自己的看法,供各位同仁探讨。一、奥苏贝尔的学习理论
David Ausubel is a famous contemporary cognitive psychologist in the United States. He has made some achievements in the fields of theoretical medicine, clinical medicine, psychopathology and developmental psychology, but his greatest contribution to the world is mainly concentrated in the field of school learning theory. He put forward the thought of learning theory of accepting learning, assimilation and precedent organizer meaningfully, and organically integrating learning theory and teaching theory, which is of great inspiration to current education and teaching.
