目的旨在探讨胎儿骨骼系统发育异常的产前超声诊断价值。方法回顾性地分析2005年1月~2012年10月来我院行产前超声检查的134 316例孕妇中,诊断为各类骨骼系统发育异常的胎儿286例。结果超声发现异常270例:其中颅骨异常124例,脊柱畸形84例,长骨发育异常17例,手畸形及缺损14例(误诊1例),足畸形及缺损16例(误诊1例);此外漏诊16例。结论超声对胎儿骨骼显像直观、可重复性好,但也存在局限性,系统、有序地超声扫查是筛查胎儿骨骼系统发育异常的首选有效手段。
The purpose is to investigate the value of prenatal ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal skeletal system dysplasia. Methods A retrospective analysis of 28 cases of 134 316 pregnant women diagnosed as dysplasia of various skeletal systems from January 2005 to October 2012 was performed in our hospital. Results There were 270 cases of abnormal ultrasound findings including 124 cases of abnormal skull, 84 cases of spinal deformity, 17 cases of long bone dysplasia, 14 cases of hand deformity and defect (1 case of misdiagnosis), 16 cases of foot deformity and defect (misdiagnosis in 1 case) 16 cases. Conclusion Ultrasound has a good visualization and good reproducibility for fetal bone imaging. However, there are also some limitations. Ultrasound scanning systematically and orderly is the first choice and effective method to screen fetal skeletal system dysplasia.
