采用行为事件访谈法(BEI)和问卷调查法相结合对珠宝首饰营业员应具备的素质进行了市场调查。在此基础上,分析、归纳、总结了珠宝首饰营业员素质所包含的内容,对模型的结构进行了研究,建立了珠宝首饰营业员素质模型。该模型由礼仪、态度、技能、知识、豁达和策略6个素质维度组成,将这6个素质维度组合形成了CASKET宝盒模型。该模型能为珠宝企业招聘、培养和考核营业员提供参考意见,也能为珠宝首饰营业员创造良好的绩效、完善自我提供依据。
