无论在科学研究或是在工农业生产以至在日常生活中都需要进行大量的测量,测量者和利益相关各方势必关心所进行的测量是否有效,测量结果是否可信。因此,当报告测量结果时,必须对测量结果的质量(可信度)给出定量的说明,以确定这一结果的可信程度。测量不确定度就是对测量结果的定量表征。只有测量结果附有不确定度说明才是完整并有意义的。鉴于测量不确定度在实际应用上的重要作用及其应用的广泛性,本刊编辑部与中国计量测试学会压力专业委员会合作,从本期起在《测控技术》上开辟压力测量不确定度评定的基础知识和有关评定原则及方法的讲座,并介绍压力测量不确定度评定在计量和科研、生产中典型应用实例。此次讲座共分8讲,其内容安排如下:第一讲,测量不确定度基本概念;第二讲,建立数学模型和测量不确定度评定步骤;第三讲,测量不确定度评定方法;第四讲,油罐中油量测量不确定度评定———油罐中油量测量原理和方法;第五讲,油罐中油量测量不确定度评定———油罐中油量测量不确定度分析;第六讲,航空发动机试验中电子扫描压力测量不确定度评定———测量方法和电子扫描压力测量系统的测量不确定度评定;第七讲,航空发动机试验中电子扫描压力测量不确定度评定———电子扫描压力测量系统示值误差的不确定度评定及压力测量结果的不确定度评定;第八讲,无人机气压高度测量不确定度评定。
Whether in scientific research or in industrial and agricultural production as well as daily life requires a large number of measurements, surveyors and stakeholders are bound to be concerned about the validity of the measurements made, the credibility of the measurement results. Therefore, when reporting measurements, a quantitative description of the quality (confidence) of the measurements must be given to determine the credibility of the result. Measurement uncertainty is the quantitative characterization of the measurement results. It is complete and meaningful only if the measurement results are accompanied by uncertainty. In view of the important role of measurement uncertainty in practical application and the wide range of its application, the editorial department of this journal cooperates with the Pressure Professional Committee of China Metrology and Measurement Society to start the assessment of the uncertainty of pressure measurement in “Measurement and Control Technology” from this issue The basic knowledge and the assessment of principles and methods of lectures, and introduces the measurement of pressure measurement uncertainty in the measurement and research, production, a typical application examples. The lecture is divided into 8 chapters, the contents of which are arranged as follows: First, the basic concepts of measurement uncertainty; second, to establish a mathematical model and measurement uncertainty assessment steps; third, measurement uncertainty assessment method; Lecture 4, Assessment of the uncertainty of oil measurement in oil tanks --- Principles and methods of oil measurement in oil tanks; Lecture 5: Evaluation of the uncertainty of oil measurement in oil tanks --- Analysis of the uncertainty of oil measurement in oil tanks ; Lecture 6, Evaluation of uncertainty of measurement of electron scanning pressure in aeroengine test --- Measurement method and evaluation of measurement uncertainty of electronic scanning pressure measurement system; Lecture 7: Measurement uncertainty of electron scanning pressure in aeroengine test Evaluation --- Evaluation of the uncertainty of indication error of the electronic scanning pressure measurement system and evaluation of the uncertainty of the pressure measurement result; Chapter 8: Evaluation of the uncertainty of the UAV air pressure measurement.
