近几年会展行业产生的经济价值与旅游产业可相提并论,但是因为会展工作本身的一些特性,会展企业的发展渐渐进入一个瓶颈。特别是民营中小会展企业,在外部强大竞争对手与内部管理困难的双重压力下,生存发展举步维艰。企业应从内部管理,特别是人力资源管理中寻找原因,做出改进。本文旨在为民营中小会展企业发展献言建策,促进会展行业的健康、持续发展。
In recent years, the economic value of exhibition industry can be compared with that of tourism industry. However, due to the characteristics of exhibition itself, the development of exhibition enterprises gradually becomes a bottleneck. Especially private small and medium exhibition enterprises, under the dual pressures of strong external competitors and internal management difficulties, survival and development difficult. Enterprises should find the reasons and improve the internal management, especially human resources management. The purpose of this paper is to propose policies and suggestions for the development of small and medium-sized private exhibition enterprises, and to promote the healthy and sustainable development of exhibition industry.
