以目前世界上最长的整体式桥台桥梁Isola della Scala桥为实例建立有限元模型,通过实桥动力测试对模型进行校正;提出整体式桥台桥梁极限长度的简化计算公式,并通过有限元模型验证其精确性;利用该简化计算公式预测不同限制条件下整体式桥台桥梁的极限长度。结果表明:考虑桥墩的转动能力和桥台的承载能力时,极限长度可以达到540m;考虑温度位移产生的疲劳影响时,极限长度可以达到450m;考虑桥头搭板的耐久性时,极限长度可以达到430m。
The finite element model is established by using the Isola della Scala Bridge, the longest monolithic bridge abutment in the world as an example, and the model is calibrated by the real bridge dynamic test. A simplified calculation formula for the limit length of the monolithic bridge abutment is proposed. The model is used to verify its accuracy. The simplified calculation formula is used to predict the limit length of monolithic bridge abutment under different constraints. The results show that the limit length can reach 540m considering the rotational ability of bridge piers and the bearing capacity of bridge abutment. The limit length can reach 450m considering the fatigue effect caused by temperature displacement. When the durability of bridgehead is reached, the limit length can reach 430m.
