采用冠状动脉结扎的方法造成大鼠心肌梗塞后心力衰竭的动物模型 ,分别应用活血、益气、气血注射液早期给药 4周及 8周、晚期给药 4周 ,以西药卡托普利作为对照药物。应用阻抗法观察给药后大鼠心功能的变化。结果显示早期给药组中均以活血组疗效最好 ,给药 4周与假手术组无差异 ,给药 8周与其余同期各给药组比较P <0 0 1或P <0 0 5。晚期给药组中益气组改善明显 ,但同期各治疗组间无差异。说明活血法则治疗心衰以及早期给药对逆转心衰的发生和恶化有更好的作用 ,推测其在改善心梗后左室重塑和细胞坏死、凋亡的病理过程有积极作用
The animal model of heart failure after myocardial infarction in rats was induced by coronary artery ligation, which was treated with Huoxue, Yiqi, Qixue injection for 4 weeks and 8 weeks, and then for 4 weeks for late treatment. The western medicine captopril was used. As a control drug. Impedance method was used to observe the change of heart function after administration. The results showed that the early treatment group had the best therapeutic effect in the Huoxue group, and there was no difference between the four weeks of administration and the sham operation group. P <0 0 1 or P <0 0 5 was compared between the 8 weeks of administration and the other groups in the same period. The Yiqi group improved significantly in the late-dose group, but there was no difference between the treatment groups in the same period. It shows that the principle of blood circulation treatment of heart failure and early administration have a better effect on reversing the occurrence and worsening of heart failure, presumably it has a positive effect on improving the pathological process of left ventricular remodeling, cell necrosis and apoptosis after myocardial infarction.
