提出了一种具有很好的幅值相位特性的新型3路功率分配器,在32~38 GHz内反射系数低于–30 dB,幅值差异小于0.3 dB,相位不平衡度小于6?。在此基础上结合微带双探针结构,设计了一种6路功率分配/合成无源模块,在31~39 GHz,回波损耗低于–20 dB,插入损耗约为0.2 dB。结合该无源模块,提出了一种以AMMC5040和TGA2575进行两级放大的功率分配/合成方案,在芯片频率范围32~38 GHz,回波损耗小于–18 dB,增益约为40 dB,预计可得到接近20 W的输出功率。
A novel 3-way power splitter with good amplitude and phase characteristics is proposed. Its reflection coefficient is less than -30 dB in 32-38 GHz, the amplitude difference is less than 0.3 dB, and the phase unbalance is less than 6 ?. On this basis, a 6-channel power distribution / synthesis passive module is designed based on the microstrip double-probe structure. At 31-39 GHz, the return loss is less than -20 dB and the insertion loss is about 0.2 dB. Combined with the passive module, a two-stage power distribution / synthesis scheme based on AMMC5040 and TGA2575 is proposed. The return loss is less than -18 dB and the gain is about 40 dB in the chip frequency range of 32 ~ 38 GHz. Get nearly 20 W of output power.
