本实验以D-半乳糖所致的衰老小鼠为研究对象,观察了谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)随龄变化以及细辛、杜仲及其合剂在不同用药时间(15、30、45d)对老龄小鼠上述指标的影响,初步探讨这几种不同中药抗衰老的作用机制.结果表明:小鼠的GSH-Px活性在中年期以前随龄上升,中年期以后随龄下降(P<0.01);细辛、杜仲及其合剂能够提高老年小鼠GSH-Px活性;合剂和杜仲对上述指标发挥作用的时间早于细辛,为15d,纳辛为30d.
In this experiment, D-galactose-induced senile mice were used as the research object, and the changes of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) with age, as well as Asarum, Eucommia ulmoides, and their combinations were observed at different time (15, 30, 45d) Effects on the above indicators of aging mice, preliminary explore the mechanism of anti-aging effects of these different Chinese herbs.
