建立球面浮动套在渗碳过程中渗碳场有限元模型,分析了不同渗碳面条件下球面浮动套渗碳场变化规律和分布状态。模拟结果表明:以内外表面(D3、D5)为渗碳面的球面浮动套渗碳场比以内外表面及端面(D3、D4、D5、D6)为渗碳面的球面浮动套渗碳场分布合理。在整个渗碳过程中,球面浮动套内外表面含碳量先升高后降低,芯部含碳量一直升高。含碳量的分布规律满足球面浮动套内柔外刚的要求。
The finite element model of carburizing for spherical floating casing during carburizing was established. The variation regularity and distribution of carburizing field of spherical floating casing under different carburized surface conditions were analyzed. The simulation results show that the carburizing field distribution of spherical floating casing with inner and outer surfaces (D3, D4, D5, D6) reasonable. During the entire carburizing process, the carbon content in the inner and outer surfaces of the spherical floating sleeve first increases and then decreases, and the carbon content in the core increases. The distribution of carbon content meets the requirements of soft outer rigid spherical floating sleeve.
