目的了解大学生关于食品营养标签的认知度,为指导大学生合理膳食提供科学依据。方法随机抽取630名大学生进行有关营养标签的问卷调查。结果约2/3大学生不知道《食品营养标签管理规范》和营养素参考值;60%的大学生购买食品时经常看食品标签,且女生的阅读情况优于男生,期望标识的核心营养素为维生素、蛋白质、热量、脂肪、膳食纤维;营养标签的理解度及信任度较低,多数大学生认为有必要标注营养标签且应该强制执行。结论医学生对营养标签的关心、理解、信任度有待提高。建议国家应加快相关法规的完善工作,同时开展多种形式的宣传教育活动,使大学生能正确认识和使用营养标签。
Objective To understand college students’ awareness of food nutrition labeling and to provide a scientific basis for guiding college students in their reasonable diet. Methods A total of 630 college students were randomly selected to conduct a questionnaire about nutrition labeling. Results About two-thirds of college students did not know the “Code of Practice for Nutritional Labeling” and the reference value of nutrients; 60% of college students frequently read food labels when buying food, and girls read better than boys. The core nutrients expected to be labeled were vitamins, protein , Calories, fat, dietary fiber; nutritional labeling of the degree of understanding and trust is low, most students think it is necessary to label nutrition labels and should be enforced. Conclusion Medical students’ concern, understanding and trust in nutrition labeling need to be improved. It is suggested that the state should speed up the improvement of relevant laws and regulations and carry out various forms of publicity and education activities so that university students can correctly understand and use nutrition labels.
