对实葶葱种子在不同浸种时间的吸水和发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数进行了研究。结果表明,实葶葱种子浸种后经过1~8h为快速吸水期,8~48h为缓慢吸水期,48~120h吸水停滞期3个阶段。实葶葱种子浸种48h有利于提高种子发芽,发芽率为84%,极显著高于其他处理(P<0.01)。随浸种时间延长,发芽率呈下降趋势;在浸种120h发芽率为63%,显著低于其他处理(P<0.05),与各处理相比发芽指数较高,为5.28,达到极显著水平(P<0.01)。浸种时间长短对发芽势影响不明显,浸种48h对实葶葱种子的萌发有促进作用。
Water absorption and germination rate, germination potential and germination index of Allium mongolicum seeds in different soaking time were studied. The results showed that the seeds of Solanum Allium were rapidly absorbed after 1 ~ 8h after soaking, 8 ~ 48h for slow water absorption and 48 ~ 120h for water absorption. Seed soaking 48 hours on the seeds of Allium mongolicum increased the seed germination rate by 84%, which was significantly higher than other treatments (P <0.01). With the prolonging of seed soaking time, the germination rate showed a downward trend. The germination rate was 63% at 120 h after soaking, which was significantly lower than other treatments (P <0.05). The germination index was 5.28, reaching a significant level (P <0.01). The effect of soaking time on the germination potential was not obvious. Soaking seed for 48h could promote the seed germination.
