在系统设计初期 ,由于设计方案尚未定型 ,系统的可靠性指标以及相关的重量、体积、费用等限制都不十分明确 ,在这种情况下 ,要进行可靠性分配和冗余度优化 ,即可引入模糊方法 ,一方面用以刻划设计目标和限制条件中所存在的模糊不确定性 ,另一方面解决混合整数多目标非线性优化的数学建模问题 .本文根据上述实际背景 ,提出一种改进的模糊优化算法 ,利用该算法可以在满足多个不确定限制条件的情况下对串联系统各组成单元的可靠度及冗余度同时进行优化 ,并通过改进 ,借鉴了经典优化方法的优点 ,可在计算简便的基础上保证结果的精度 .本文最后给出了具体的计算实例 .
In the initial stage of system design, as the design scheme has not been finalized yet, the system reliability index and the related weight, volume, cost and other limitations are not very clear. In this case, the reliability allocation and redundancy optimization The fuzzy method is introduced on the one hand to describe the fuzzy uncertainties existing in the design goals and constraints and on the other hand to solve the mathematical modeling problem of the mixed integer multi-objective nonlinear optimization.Based on the above background, The improved fuzzy optimization algorithm can be used to optimize the reliability and redundancy of the components of a tandem system while meeting a number of uncertain constraints. By improving and borrowing the advantages of the classical optimization method, The accuracy of the result can be guaranteed on the basis of simple calculation.At last, a concrete calculation example is given.
