为了评估燃气轮机发电机组引起的振动对基础和主厂房结构安全的影响,提出了采用振动测试技术与房屋结构检测技术相结合的方法对基础和主厂房安全性进行综合评估研究。对上海市某热电厂燃气发电机组振动引发的基础和钢结构厂房振动进行了监测,采用傅里叶变换对发电机和周边环境的振动频谱特性及传递规律等进行了分析,并总结其传递规律;结合结构检测方法对基础和厂房结构完损性和损坏趋势进行评估,评定安全等级并给出处理意见。本文研究结果为制订发电机组环境振动评估标准提供参考。
In order to evaluate the influence of vibration caused by gas turbine generator set on the structural safety of foundation and main building, a comprehensive evaluation study on the safety of foundation and main building is proposed by combining the vibration testing technology with the building structure detection technology. The vibration caused by the vibration of a gas turbine generator set in a cogeneration plant in Shanghai was monitored. The vibration characteristics of the generator and the surrounding environment were analyzed by Fourier transform and the transfer rule was analyzed. The transfer law was also summarized. Combined with structural testing methods to assess the basic and plant structure damage and damage trends, assess the safety level and give advice. The results of this paper provide a reference for the development of environmental vibration assessment standards for generating sets.
