随着电气时代的发展和与时俱进,自动配料装车系统已经逐渐成熟,本系统利用电气自动控制实现的自动配料装车的工艺流程,采用以三菱PLC(可编程控制器)为控制核心的自动配料装车系统可以按照设定的配比和流量控制各输入物料的流量,从而控制工业生产质量和提高生产效率,依据PLC的自动控制设计为基本原理,通过对该系统的分析确定以三菱型号中FX2N PLC为控制器可以满足控制要求的自动配料装车控制系统。该系统采用SFC图编程方式,用顺序控制的设计思路设计控制程序,并逐步分析说明所设计程序运行功能,实现把物料的上料、卸料、混合和装车结合在一起,从而完全实现自动化。此外PLC采用现代大规模集成电路技术,具有很高的抗干扰性和可靠性,并且通过GX works2模拟仿真软件验证了系统的可行性和正确性。
