供热系统的水力平衡对于提高供热品质和节约能源至关重要。本文对全面水力平衡的必要条件进行了阐述,提出了模块化的水力平衡方法,分析了变流量系统中控制阀特性与水力工况的关系,并提出了阀权度的最小建议值。
The hydraulic balance of the heating system is crucial for improving the quality of the heating and for saving energy. In this paper, the necessary conditions for a complete hydraulic balance are elaborated. A modular hydraulic equilibrium method is proposed. The relationship between the characteristics of the control valve and hydraulic conditions in a variable flow system is analyzed. The minimum recommended value of the valve authority is proposed.
