针对目前纺织品中禁用偶氮染料检出率低而苯胺检出率较高,常规的先采用GB/T17952检测并筛查4-氨基偶氮苯后采用GB/T23344确证的检测模式,样品复检率高的现状,提出了先采用GB/T23344同时筛查23种禁用芳香胺,再用GB/T17952进行准确定性定量的检测模式。对37个偶氮染料阳性样品进行了两种相反检测模式的实验对比。结果表明,采用提出的检测方法未出现漏检,检出结果是常规检测模式的3.8%~126.9%。对比常规筛查模式,该方法可以节省6%~14%的重复检测次数,可为纺织品中禁用偶氮染料的日常检测提供参考。
