伴随着我国社会经济的快速发展,化工工程工艺也开始改革创新,化学工业中工程与工艺间的良好结合需要理论与实践的融合,促使在同样的环境中提高化工产品的生产效率,或者二次对化工材料展开加工,在提高化工产品质量的基础上,进一步提高化工材料利用率。随着信息化技术的不断推广运用,高科技行业成果更新换代快,这样的环境之下,化工行业为了得到良好有序健康长久的发展,需要转变传统的工程工艺模式,在其中引入先进的信息技术手段,让社会经济可以与环境科学的协调发展。作为化工行业,怎样确保化工工程与工艺的平衡发展,紧跟时代发展潮流,成

煤焦化企业发展煤气化工艺的分析

本企业现有工艺为煤炭-炼焦-煤气制甲醇-粗苯精制生产工艺,装置已经运行15年,随着运行年限的增加,设备老化、仪表系统老化、安全防护、环境保护、产能过剩国家政策不确定性等问题亟待解决。此时,中润公司应该寻找适应企业后续发展的工艺路线,以此来发展煤化工新工艺,提升企业效益和竞争力。我通过对多条煤化工路线的分析对比,建议公司选择煤炭-煤气化-甲烷化制天然气/烯烃-提纯制氢工艺。
