壳聚糖具有特殊的生物活性和生理调节机能,其分子的重复单元中富含氨基和羟基,对Cu(II)具有良好的络合能力。壳聚糖分子结构的规整性和分子间氢键的存在使其难溶于多数溶剂,对壳聚糖进行改性以增强溶解性和对Cu(II)的吸附能力是壳聚糖研究的热点。文章综述了目前壳聚糖的理化改性和对Cu(II)的吸附研究,对吸附过程的影响因素做了总结,对壳聚糖吸附体内Cu(Ⅱ)生物学活性的应用作了展望。
Chitosan has a special biological activity and physiological regulatory functions, the molecular repeat units are rich in amino and hydroxyl, Cu (II) has good complexability. The regularity of the molecular structure of chitosan and the presence of intermolecular hydrogen bonds make it difficult to dissolve in most solvents. The modification of chitosan to enhance the solubility and the adsorption capacity of Cu (II) are the hot topics in the research of chitosan . In this paper, the current physical and chemical modification of chitosan and the adsorption of Cu (II) are reviewed. The factors affecting the adsorption process are summarized. The application prospect of Cu (Ⅱ) in biological activity of chitosan adsorbent is prospected.
