采用检查的方法鉴别了东方终端天然气处理厂脱CO_2系统设备和管线的腐蚀形态,分析了产生腐蚀的原因。腐蚀主要出现在管道几何突变的地方,腐蚀的形态有点腐蚀、焊缝的沟槽腐蚀和缝隙腐蚀。冷凝液膜的形成、CO_2和Cl~-是导致腐蚀的主要原因。冷却水系统设备的腐蚀主要是吸氧腐蚀,离心泵叶片表面发生了气蚀。针对脱碳系统设备的腐蚀,提出了腐蚀控制的措施。
The inspection method was used to identify the corrosion patterns of equipment and pipelines in the decarbonation system of the natural gas treatment plant in the East Terminal and the causes of the corrosion were analyzed. Corrosion mainly occurs where the pipe geometry is abruptly altered, the corrosion morphology is a bit corrosive, the weld groove corrosion and crevice corrosion. Condensate film formation, CO 2 and Cl ~ - are the main causes of corrosion. Cooling water system equipment corrosion is mainly oxygen corrosion, centrifugal pump blade surface cavitation. Aiming at the corrosion of equipment in decarburization system, the measures of corrosion control are put forward.
