目的 观察SARS患者恢复期肺功能状况 ,评价SARS对患者肺功能的影响。方法 SARS组 10例 ,对照组 13例 ,分别测定肺活量 (VC)、用力肺活量 (FVC)、一秒钟用力呼气容量与用力肺活量比值 (FEV1.0 % )、2 5 %~ 5 0 %肺活量位最大呼气流量 (V·2 5 %~ 5 0 % )、残气量 (RV)和肺一氧化碳弥散量 (DLCO)。结果 SARS组VC、FVC和DLCO均显著低于对照组。结论 SARS患者肺功能受到损害 ,主要以限制性通气功能障碍和弥散功能损害为特征。对SARS患者作肺功能检查能及时了解和评估患者的肺功能状况。
Objective To observe the pulmonary function of convalescent SARS patients and to evaluate the effect of SARS on pulmonary function. Methods Fifty patients in SARS group and 13 in control group were enrolled in this study. The vital capacity (FVC), forced expiratory volume per second (FEV1.0%), forced vital capacity (FEV1.0%), and vital capacity The maximum expiratory flow volume (V2.5% ~ 50%), residual volume (RV) and diffusing capacity of lung carbon monoxide (DLCO). Results The VC, FVC and DLCO in SARS group were significantly lower than those in control group. Conclusions Pulmonary function is impaired in patients with SARS and is characterized primarily by restrictive ventilatory dysfunction and impaired diffusion function. Pulmonary function tests for patients with SARS can be timely understanding and assessment of patients with pulmonary function status.
