一、情况江苏省小学语文教师普通话语音训练班是为本省各市县培养普通话语音训练班的讲师而举办的。第一期学员共九十六人,内有师范学校教员八人,余为淮阴、徐州两专区和十二个省辖市的小学语文教员。学员原有文化水平不齐:自初师直到师范专科。教员四人,辅导员四人,分为两个班上课。遵照上级指示,课程分两方面:(1)注音字母和标准音;(2)朗读与会话。后者以试用的初级小学课本语文第一册为主,结合文学朗诵留声片,并补充一些民歌、短文等作为朗诵材料。每天上课时数:上午四节课(每节课五十分钟),两节注音字母、拼音;两节朗读与会话。下午是三节自学辅导课。早晨三十分钟自学,晚上两小时半自学。学习是紧张一些,但短期学习不如
