破胶剂是压裂施工中重要的化学助剂,合理的添加破胶剂才能保证压裂措施效果。为适应复杂的油层条件和开发需求,压裂工艺种类逐年增加,而压裂施工中破胶剂的用量参数还没有有效的优化设计方法,缺乏基础理论研究。针对这一问题,运用实验对比、数值回归等方法,优化出了较为合理的破胶剂施工用量参数,并给出了优化设计模板,以指导压裂方案设计与施工。
Breaking agent is an important chemical additive in fracturing construction. Reasonable addition of breaker can ensure the effect of fracturing. In order to meet the complicated reservoir conditions and development requirements, the types of fracturing processes have been increasing year by year. However, there are no effective optimization methods for the dosage parameters of fracturing agents in fracturing. Therefore, there is a lack of basic theoretical research. In response to this problem, experimental comparison, numerical regression and other methods are used to optimize the construction dosage parameters of gel breaker. The optimized design template is given to guide the design and construction of the fracturing scheme.
