本文目的在于探讨开端同轴射频组织介电特性测量技术实时鉴别检测乳腺癌及癌周组织的可行性。16例新鲜乳腺导管癌标本来自珠江医院普外科,标本切除后立即应用开端同轴线肿瘤射频设备在射频频率42.85~500 MHz下,进行乳腺癌灶及远隔癌灶3cm、5cm组织的介电常数与电导率探测,并对各个探测点进行组织病理学检查。对乳腺癌组织与癌周3cm组织、乳腺癌组织与癌周5cm组织之间进行比较,电导率与介电常数差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);癌周3cm组织与癌周5cm组织的电导率及介电常数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。病理检查证实:癌周3cm组织及癌周5cm组织均未见癌细胞浸润。开端同轴线肿瘤射频技术能有效探测乳腺癌组织与癌周组织的介电特性差异,具有应用于乳腺癌辅助诊断的广阔前景。
The purpose of this paper is to explore the feasibility of real-time differential detection of breast cancer and peri-cancerous tissue using the coaxial RF tissue-based dielectric properties measurement technique. 16 cases of fresh breast ductal carcinoma specimens from the Department of General Surgery, Zhujiang Hospital, immediately after excision of specimens of coaxial tumor radiofrequency equipment in the RF frequency 42.85 ~ 500 MHz, breast cancer and distant foci 3cm, 5cm tissue of the dielectric Constants and conductivity detection, and each detection point for histopathological examination. The difference of the conductivity and the dielectric constant between breast cancer tissues and 3cm of breast cancer tissues and 5cm of breast cancer tissues was statistically significant (P <0.01). The difference between 3cm of cancer and 5cm of cancer There was no significant difference in conductivity and dielectric constant (P> 0.05). Pathological examination confirmed: cancer week 3cm tissue and cancer week 5cm tissue no cancer cell infiltration. The beginning of coaxial tumor radiofrequency technology can effectively detect the difference of the dielectric properties between breast cancer tissues and peri-cancerous tissues, and has broad prospects for the auxiliary diagnosis of breast cancer.
