控告申诉检察部门,担负着对内和对外法律监督以及接待人民群众来信来访的重大任务。因此刑事申诉案件的办理质量。它既影响着检察院的控申检察任务、执法效率、执法质量及执法的社会效果,也体现检察院内部业务科室之间办案质量的差异。本文以某区级检察院控申检察部门近6年来办理刑事申诉案件统计数据为样本,从该院办案的类型、数量及结案方式等方面进行分析,以期找出基层检察院办理刑事申诉案件工作所存在的规律性趋势及其与司法价值的关系,从而分析与论证我国基层检察院的刑事申诉案件案源现状、趋势及其影响。在详实的数据分析基础上,提出一些观点并进行法理论证。

On the basis of detailed data analysis, put forward some opinions and carry on legal argumentation.
